Meet Our Staff

Dennis Amato (Founder & Head Coach)

Dennis  is a UEFA A-license professional coach with over 15 years of international football experience. He has worked closely with top academies in Germany, including a collaboration with FC Bayern Munich, and has spent the last 8 years coaching successfully in the Thai League, where he became a T2 Champion.

As the former Director of STB Academy, Dennis played a key role in building the academy from the ground up — turning it into one of the most respected youth development programs in Thailand. His leadership, structure, and vision transformed STB into a national reference for youth football.

He is also the creator of the FC Bayern 12 Level Kurs, a unique development system focused on technical skills, game intelligence, and confidence-building.

At GCU Skills Academy, Dennis brings this same passion and excellence to guide the next generation of players — on and off the pitch.

“Every child deserves the chance to grow — as a player and as a person.”

Tachapon Sompuckdee (Assistant Manager)

Tatchapon ("Win") plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of GCU Skills. As Assistant Manager, he works closely with our Head Coach to ensure smooth communication, both on and off the pitch. Fluent in Thai and English, he also serves as the vital link between parents and the academy — helping to translate, coordinate, and assist wherever needed. With a background as a player agent and strong connections in the world of professional football, Tatchapon brings valuable insight and a wide network to our team. His experience and professionalism make him an important part of the GCU family.

“Supporting young players isn’t just a job — it’s a responsibility I proudly share.”

Pasjira Sawangarrom (Coach)

Coach Pasjira ("Orm") brings both strong academic and practical experience to GCU Skills Academy. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Coaching from Thammasat University.

Her coaching background includes working with top international schools such as NIST and Harrow, as well as contributing to the Chelsea FC development program in Thailand. As a former player in the Thailand Women’s League, she understands the game from both a player’s and coach’s perspective.

Coach Pasjira is bilingual in Thai and English, known for her clear communication, high energy, and strong passion for grassroots football. She is deeply committed to nurturing young talents with care, skill, and professionalism.

At GCU Skills Academy, she is an inspiring role model for the next generation of players.

"Every child deserves a coach who believes in them — not just as athletes, but as people."
