Dennis is a UEFA A-license professional coach with over 15 years of international football experience. He has worked closely with top academies in Germany, including a collaboration with FC Bayern Munich, and has spent the last 8 years coaching successfully in the Thai League, where he became a T2 Champion.
As the former Director of STB Academy, Dennis played a key role in building the academy from the ground up — turning it into one of the most respected youth development programs in Thailand. His leadership, structure, and vision transformed STB into a national reference for youth football.
He is also the creator of the FC Bayern 12 Level Kurs, a unique development system focused on technical skills, game intelligence, and confidence-building.
At GCU Skills Academy, Dennis brings this same passion and excellence to guide the next generation of players — on and off the pitch.
“Every child deserves the chance to grow — as a player and as a person.”
Tatchapon ("Win") plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of GCU Skills. As Assistant Manager, he works closely with our Head Coach to ensure smooth communication, both on and off the pitch. Fluent in Thai and English, he also serves as the vital link between parents and the academy — helping to translate, coordinate, and assist wherever needed. With a background as a player agent and strong connections in the world of professional football, Tatchapon brings valuable insight and a wide network to our team. His experience and professionalism make him an important part of the GCU family.
“Supporting young players isn’t just a job — it’s a responsibility I proudly share.”

We’re proud to have Coach Matthias as part of our GCU Skills team. Originally from Germany, Matthias brings a wealth of international experience and a deep passion for modern goalkeeper training.
He holds a Goalplayer Coach C License (WfV/DFB) and completed the prestigious Goalplay Coach License by Oliver Kahn Academy, Germany.
Over the years, he has continued his education through advanced WfV courses focused on youth development, tactical systems, and modern build-up play under pressure.
In 2021–2022, he completed the TIPS Concept Coach Education (Ajax Amsterdam) with Trainer Academy Germany, further strengthening his player-centered coaching philosophy.
At GCU Skills, Coach Matthias focuses on developing goalkeepers who are not only top shot-stoppers but also confident footballers — calm, technical, and fully involved in the team’s play.
“My goal is to help every young goalkeeper grow with confidence — not only to make great saves, but to understand the game, use their feet, and become a real part of the team.”
